Short term lease

Short term lease is from minimum 2 weeks until 8 weeks. You have to be a full time student or connected to one of Sammen's places of study in order to apply for a short term lease. The price does not include bedclothes. The rent must be paid before you can have the keys, from My Page via ecommerce. It is not possible to pay at the reception.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the lease you will have to pay 50 % of the amount charged. If you fail to arrive you will be charged the whole amount. You will not have to pay a deposit for short term lease. Note that short term lease will only be offered provided availiability.
