The mail boxes can be found at the entrances to each block and are opened with you tag.

On match days/days with events, there will be a lot of people and activity in the area, and high volume from the music system and the audience, both before, during and after the match. Windows facing the stadium will be screened to prevent access to the homes. SK BRANN (football club) can also take such measures during selected training sessions.

Windows must be closed due to danger of smoke and a lot of noise from the event. The fire alarm system is sensitive and can be triggered in connection with smoke from pyro effects. SK BRANN has permission to lock themselves into homes with a triggered fire alarm/warning to check the conditions. SK BRANN has guards around the stadium, and is allowed to intervene in the event of disturbances or misuse of alarms.

SK BRANN removes any rubbish from spectators outside the stadium after the event. Residents can not profile other football teams from windows and facades at Brann Stadion.

On match days, SK BRANN will use half of the common room (the part with the table tennis). The partition will be closed so that it does not interfere with other activities in the common room.

We have a fixed price for electricity, which includes both your own consumption and everything that is shared. You will receive the electricity bill together with the rent from Sammen.

The homes are unfurnished, apart from wardrobes. The kitchene has a fridge, stove and oven. The bathroom has heating cables and is tiled.

Residual waste is thrown in shafts along the building. Paper/cardboard and plastic in tha shafts placed at the end of the building towards the outdoor football fiels. All shafts are opened with your tag.

You can wash clothes at our laundry for an additional cost. The laundry is located on the 0th floor in Kniksens plass 4 next to the storage rooms.

You use the app "appWash" to pay, choose a machine, select a washing program and report errors.

Car Brann Stadion only has HC parking. Send an email to drift@sammen.no if you need this. Bicycle You can find the bicycle parking in the bicycle shed to the left of the entrance of Kniksens plass 4. Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker which can be collected from your service centre. The sticker is valid for one year at a time and must be renewed every year, this is to have control over which bicycles are left behind and which bicycles are in use. Unmarked bikes will be removed.

There are limited storage rooms, but register your interest via our contact form.

The storage rooms are in U1-12 at the end of the bicycle shed. The storage rooms in U1-14 are located by the laundry.

Internet is free in all our residences. You have your own Telia router and your own network, and there is also free wireless internet in several of our common areas.

👉You must take a digital fire safety course before you can access the internet.

In the corridor on the 1st floor in Kniksens plass 8, you will find the common room with sofas, table tennis, beer pong, foosball, a large kitchen, books, board games, wifi and TV. This can be used by all residents. The bookshelves in the common room are meant to be "take one - leave one", so if you have any books you want to get rid of, you can put them here.

Opening hours for the common room is:

Sunday to Thursday: 8.00 - 23.00

Friday and Saturday: 8.00 - 00.00

TU at Brann Stadion Student housing can be contacted at tubrannstadion@gmail.com. TU has the main responsibility for the common room, helps residents, has a close dialogue with Sammen and organizes various parties/events for everyone in the building. Brann Stadion Student housing also has a Facebook group for all residents.

TU has some vacuum cleaners and washing equipment that everyone can use. You can find this in the toilet in the common room. There is also a list where you register loans and returns.
