Moving In
Getting a new place is a big deal. We understand that there's a lot to think about when moving to a new location. But you're in good hands! Let us guide you through the most important things to remember:
Moving in
Before takeover
The first thing you need to do is sign your contract that you will get from us on e-mail. You can sign with BankID, SMS, click-signature, and Draw. When you sign your contract, you also accept our Residence regulations.
There are no insurances included in our rental agreement. Therefore, make sure you have the insurances you need before moving in with us 🛋️
Takeover
Collecting Keys You can collect the keys to your new home from 12:00 on the day your contract starts - or any day after this.
Remember to bring identification when picking up the keys. If someone else is picking up the keys for you, it's important that you notify us in advance via My Page under "Additional information".
Here's how you collect your keys:
Bergen
In Bergen, you can pick up and return keys at three service senters.
Get keys at Fantoft Servicesenter (Fantoftvegen 14i) for: Fantoft, Fantoft familieboliger, Fantoft TRE, Fridalen, Brann Stadion og Nattland. Get keys at Studentsenteret Servicesenter (Parkveien 1) for: Alrek, Damsgård Fosswinckels gate 50b og 67, Frydenbø og Frydenbø 2, Grønneviksøren, Gyldenpris, Hans Holmboes gate, Hans Tanks gate, Harald Hårfagres gate 7 og 9, Jekteviken, Klostergaten, Løbergsveien, Magnus Barfotsgate, Solheimslien og Sverresgate. Get keys at Lehmkuhl Servicesenter (Helleveien 30) for: Hatleberg og Øyjordsveien
Førde
Open for key collection Mon-Fri 08.00 - 15.00.
CLOSED 23rd of December up to and including 1st of January

You can collect your keys Mon-Fri 08:00-15:00 in our administration office in the Staduim building on Fosshaugane Campus.

Removing furniture and hanging up posters
It's understandable that most people want to make the residence their own. You're welcome to do so, but if you want to remove/replace furniture that belongs to the residence, you must store them in a safe place and put them back when you move out.
Avoid making holes in the walls to hang posters and the like; instead, use the picture rails we have installed in our residences 😊
Errors or Deficiencies Contact us via My Page as soon as possible if you discover any errors or deficiencies in your residence, and we'll take care of it.
