Welcome to a new user portal!

We have now lauched a new user portal for housing that will matter to you if you are one of our existing tenants, you just signed a tenancy agreement with us or you are applying for student housing.

The old page, Boligtorget, including My Page is closed.

On your new My Page you will be able to send us cases regarding your tenancy and housing, see and pay your invoices and find your tenancy agreement.

Login and application

Already a tenant?

This is how you log in for the first time:

  1. Go to https://bo.sammen.no/login
  2. Click «Not able to access your account?»
  3. Choose «I forgot my password» and Next
  4. Write in your username from Boligtorget (your registered e-mail) and click «Reset»
  5. You will recieve an e-mail with instructions on how to create your password. (The link necessary is only valid for 24hrs)

NOTE: For us to be able to transfer your deposit back to you when you move out you have to enter your bank information under Bank details on My Page. This information will not be transferred from Boligtorget.

New applicant?

This is how you create a new account:

  1. Go to https://bo.sammen.no/
  2. Click «Login My Page»
  3. Click «create new account»
  4. Fill in the forms and follow the instructions

Find and pay invoices

Choose "Your residence" and "Invoices". You will then get an overview of your invoices with status and due date. Click on the invoice to show details and payment information.

With foreign accounts there are two ways to pay your invoice:

  1. Pay directly on the page with a credit card (recommended)
  2. Pay through online banking – make sure to reference clearly where you live and what you are paying for.


All cases regarding your tenancy is sent through My Page. Go to Cases and click on the plus-sign in the bottom right corner to create a new case. You will then get an overview of different types of inquiries.

A case can for example be questions about:

  • your tenancy (tenancy agreement, sublet, parking, etc.)
  • invoice (questions about an invoice og payment)
  • technical issues (defects with the housing) and cleaning
  • social issues (like conflicts or noise)
  • other cases (like lost keys, laudrycard etc.)
