Bicycles can be placed in the bicycle shed outside the building. Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker, which can be found in the information desk at the Student Center. Unmarked bicycles are removed.

Common area
Sammen Cleaning will wash the stairs and corridors. The residents themselves are responsible for keeping toilet/bathroom and kitchens clean.

The electricity is charged together with the rent.

Garbage and paper containers can be found on the site. Remember to tie the bags together.

Frydenbø has an open laundry in the basement. The use of this is included in the rent.

There is a tag system for locks. At the main entrance, place the tag next to the tag reader and the tag will be updated. To lock or open the door to your room, place the tag next to the reader until it locks and turn up or down the lock. The door does not lock automatically, you have to physically lock the door.

Storage of furniture
Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to store furniture that you do not want to use. You can keep this somewhere else, but we note that when you move out all furniture must be returned (missing will be billed). Everything you have bought yourself must also be removed when moving out. Mirrors glued to doors etc will be removed at the expense of the resident.

Storage room
All accommodations have access to storage facilities located at the first floor in the same corridor as the common room. Do not put valuable items in the storage room and always make sure that it is securely locked. Please note that storage is at your own risk.

Portable beds, tables, chairs and sewing machine are available for lending. There are movies and games in the common room, toolbox, soccer goal and outdoor furniture in the storage room, vacuum cleaners and irons etc. What is placed on the common areas is essentially the entire house’s and is therefore for free use.
