The initial examination begins with a medical history related to your condition or injury. In this anamnesis, we assess your pain condition, stressors, and overall medical history. We also aim to determine whether it is a single or multiple issues and whether it is a short-term or long-term problem.

Massage

A typical massage session lasts from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the area to be massaged. It is normal for clients to experience mild stiffness the day after a session, especially after the first treatment, as the body is reported to more readily absorb the treatment in subsequent sessions.

Physical Therapy

The physiotherapist employs various treatment methods depending on the patient's resources, background, and diagnosis. Active rehabilitation is crucial, and therapists often use our exercise room as part of the treatment.

Rehabilitation Training

Training and retraining for those in need of physiotherapeutic assistance. Your rehabilitation training is integrated into regular exercise routines. You receive relevant exercises and corrections to technique based on the phase of your rehabilitation. The goal is to train you to become better than you were before.

Price:

NOK 700,- per 45 min

Needle Therapy

Needle therapy involves inserting thin needles into specific points in the skin and underlying tissue for preventive and therapeutic purposes. The aim of this treatment is to address imbalances in the body's energy pathways.
