Get Started - Strength Training Group

Want to use physical activity to improve your mental health? Exercise and mastery promote mental health.

If you are a student struggling with mental health challenges, we offer strength training as part of Sammen's health services. "Physical Activity for Mental Health and Well-being" is a collaboration between Sammen Psykisk Helse and Sammen Trening.
