The apartments at Vardatun II have a separat a storage room in each apartment. For tenants in Vardatun I there is a common storage room for everyone in the collective department.

Vardatun I has its own recycling room. There you can sort residual waste, plastic, cardboard/paper, electrical waste and food waste. The tenants at Vardatun II have the same solution in their own recycling room by their building. Glass and metal are thrown into a common container at the parking lot.

Most of the homes at Vardatun are furnished. This furniture can not be removed from the dwelling. A few of the apartments at Vardatun I are unfurnished.

At Vardatun there is free parking in marked places.

There are 2 charging outlets for 2 electric cars next to the recycling building at Vardatun I. We use Plugpay as the supplier of the solution. To access and use the chargers, you must:

To make charging easy, you can download the app. Go to the User Portal in the menu on the website / app and follow the instructions. "Start charging" will only be possible as an option when you are plugged in. 

There is no need for a charging chip to start the charger.

Remember! There will be a fee per minute the car is still on the charger after it is finished. It starts 40 min. after finished charging.

Everyone gets their electricity bill along with their rent from Sammen. We have set a fixed price for electricity, which includes your own consumption and areas that are shared. Prices may be adjusted according to consumption/market price, but changes will always be notified in advance.

We have two laundry facilities at Vardatun. Those who live in Vardatun I have their laundry next to the building for recycling. Vardatun II has a laundry in the hallway on the 1st floor. You use the app "AppWash" to pay, choose a machine, choose a washing program and report errors:

Username and password: The user name and password for the wireless router should be located on the side of or below the router.

Problems signing in? In some cases, you may need to reset your box. You do this by taking it down from the wall, below or next to the box you will find a small hole marked with reset.
