Wifi connection, password and what to do if the wifi does not work.

The internet from Telia is free in all our homes. You have Wi-Fi router and your own Wi-Fi. You find the router on the wall in your student home.

Username and password:

Username and password for the wireless router is found either under the router or at the inside of the door frame in your home. If you do not find it, you need to contact Telia at +47 924 05 050.

Problems logging in?

In some cases, you may have to reset your router. You do this by take it down from the wall and under or on the side on the router you find a little whole marked reset. You can use a pen or something sharp and hold it in the whole. Hold in until the lights are off on the router and wait until they turn on again. It can take a couple of minutes before the router turns on all the lights agai

  • Boradband 50/50 Mbit
  • Wireless router

PS: You may use your own router. Cable is also an available option.

The customer service will be able to locate the router by having the mac nr. (On the router) or address street + Hnr.
