Requirement: This is step 1 of 4 and has no requirement for previous skills.

Goal: To swim several meters back stroke. Jump and swim a little under water. Heading towards feeling safe in the water!

Duration: 12 weeks

Price: kr 1599 students/ kr 1899 others. EasySwim costumes are used and can be purchased at the reception in the Student Center for NOK 849,-
