Requiremnet: This is step 1 of 4 and requires no previous skills.

Goal: Swim several meters back stroke. Jump and swim a little undre water. Heading towards feling safe in the water!

Duration: 12 weeks

Price: kr 1599 students/ kr 1899 others. EasySwim costumes are used and can be purchased in the reception at the Student Center for NOK 849,-
