Youth
Are between 15 and 19 years old and can swim 100 metres
When: Monday at 3 p.m
What I learn: High-level swimming techniques for better propulsion with crawling techniques, butterfly, breast, turning and back crawl.
Adults
I can't swim
When: Monday at 16.00 or Tuesday at 17.00
What I learn: We follow the principle of first becoming safe in water, then following a careful progression with various exercises where the aim is for you to learn to swim simple breaststroke.
I can swim a little, but am not very confident in the water
When: Tuesday at 4 p.m
What I learn: We follow the principle of first becoming safe in the water, and then following a careful progression with various exercises where the aim is for you to learn breaststroke and to become able to swim.
I can swim at least 50 meters in any swimming style
When: Thursday at 17.00
What I learn: basic crawl technique; correct leg kick, arm stroke, coordination of arm and leg movements as well as good posture and breathing technique.
I can swim at least 50 meters in any swimming style
When: Thursday at 18.00
What I learn: master high technique for crawling: arm strokes, leg kicks, breathing, turning and starting dive. More focus on quantity training and fine-tuning of techniques.
When: Wednesday at 4:30 p.m
What I learn: basic skills in all swimming disciplines; crawl, breast and back, as well as techniques within turning and diving.
All courses are based on progression. Course content can unfortunately not be repeated, even in cases of participant absence.
