Swimming lessons for adults - Level 1 - Tuesday

The course is suitable for those who cannot swim.

Aim: We follow the principle of first becoming safe in water, and then following a careful progression with various exercises where the aim is for you to learn to swim simple breaststroke.

The course runs every Tuesday from and including 29 August at 1700 - 17.55 and runs over 12 weeks.
