The course is suitable for those who cannot swim.

Aim: We follow the principle of first becoming safe in water, and then following a careful progression with various exercises where the aim is for you to learn to swim simple breaststroke.

The course runs every Monday from 21 August at 17.00 - 17.55 and runs over 12 weeks.
