Rules for booking a workout timeslot

When does booking start?
Booking starts 48 hours before (valid from 20 February). The first booking workout starts at 14:45 before this the usual queuing system applies. You must then be finished by 14:30.

Normal queuing system ends at 14:00.

How long does a booked training session last?
Booked training sessions last for 75 minutes, this includes the time in the locker room such as shift, shower and / or sauna.

When can I get to my booking?
You can register your training from 5 minutes before the training and up to 30 minutes after the booked time. If you book for example 14.45, you can register your arrival no earlier than 14:40 and no later than 15:15.

This only applies when booking training - for group classes the last deadline to pick up a ticket is 5 minutes before and at the earliest 15 minutes before.

How do I register my training?
You register at one of our customer stations at the entrance.

How do I book?
You can book via our website, or our app.

Can I shower or use the sauna?
Yes, but you must finish within 75 minutes.

How many times can I book?
During the week (Monday to Sunday) you can book 4 times.

This does not mean that you can not train several times, but the other times must be outside booking hours or at the weekend. This applies to booking for training, swimming, squash and group lessons.

Can I book two workouts in a row?
No. If you want to train longer than 75 minutes, we recommend coming before the booking starts or training where there is no booking.

Can I book for someone else?
No, a booked training session can only be used by the person who booked it. Misuse of this may result in you being barred from booking.

I can not use my booking.
If you cannot use your booking, you can easily cancel in the same way as you booked. We do not take cancellations by phone. You must cancel reserved sessions no later than 60 minutes (valid from 20 February, reduced from 120 minutes) before the class starts to avoid receiving an "unattended". The place is then given to someone else.

Cancellations less than 60 minutes before will be registered as "unattended"

How do I know I have been placed on a waiting list?
You will receive an SMS if you have been placed on a waiting list. You can also check the status of your booking where you booked. Remember to book yourself off the waiting list if the booking should no longer be relevant for you.

What happens if I do not come?
If you have 3 or more no-shows during the last 180 days, you will not be able to book a class without being at the gym. You will also have to pay an administration fee of 60 NOK to re-open your membership.
