Get started!

Do you find it hard to get started with exercise? Are you unsure how to do different movements, or feel little afraid to enter the gym? Trene Sammen have launched a brand new concept called «Get started». It`s perfect if you want to start working out, but doesn’t really know how or where to start.

You can choose between a one-to-one guidance, group sessions or both. Our group sessions is suitable for everyone, also if you’ve never been to a fitness centre before. Our goal is to help you get started with working out, and hopefully you will enjoy it.
