Routines when finding cockroaches

1. Report to renhold.bolig@sammen.no or register a case from My Page. 
2. Sammen will come with glue traps as soon as possible, often the same day, which are put out in the home. 
3. Anticimex is contacted and an inspection agreement is made. 
4. Anticimex comes with new glue traps and bait (poison) is put out. 
5. Follow-up and inspection of Anticimex in the coming weeks 

If you want to change rooms as a result of this, we are helpful with that, as long as we have a room vacant. 

 To prevent the problem from increasing or recurring, it is important that you: 

• Examine food carefully and put it in sealed boxes or bags. 
• Vacuum clean often. Vacuum cleaner bags must be frozen or discarded. 
• Have good hygiene in the kitchen and do not leave leftover food on the counter. 
• Go out with the trash often. 
• Keep Sammen informed if the problem increases 
• If the cockroaches come from somewhere else in the building, register a case about where you have seen the them. 

What could be the cause if the problem recurs? 

• Have you gotten it in the house via luggage after a holiday or have you bought some white goods that may have had cockroaches in them? 
• Can you constantly bring new cockroaches home from other places such as from work.
