Appointments and contact

Who can book an appointment?

Our offers apply to everyone who pays a semester fee to the Student Association in Western Norway. Your student card and a valid semester card must be presented before treatment.

 

Prices and payment

All treatment is paid on the same day as it is performed. You can pay with cash or card, we accept all types of cards. Invoice is not a payment option.

Due to increased costs associated with dental treatment during the corona epidemic, we have an infection control supplement of NOK180. See our price list for detailed information.

 

Cancellation

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of NOK485. Cancellation must be made no later than the working day before the agreed hour, before 3 PM. For example, if you have an appointment on a Monday and cannot come, we must be notified the Friday before so that you do not receive a fee.

 

Emergencies

If you need emergency help and we do not have the capacity to help you, you can contact Tannlegevakten.

 

Covid-19 related information

Do not attend a dental appointment if you have been diagnosed with covid-19, are in quarantine, isolation, or live with someone who is in quarantine or isolation. We can refer you to a public dental clinic for help if you are in urgent need of a dentist appointment.

Only show up at the dental clinic if you have a dental appointment. Call us for other inquiries. We recommend that you wear a face mask while staying in the waiting room. You have to come to the dental appointment alone, due to infection control.
