About us

Location
The kindergarten is located by Fantoft Student Village, a short walk from the City Light Rail (Bybanen). We are lucky enough to have a large “fairy-tale house” in the middle of our playground, filled with magical nooks and crannies for the children to use in their everyday play.

1. floor: "Eplehagen" – a unit for the young children between ages 1-2 years
1. floor: "Sauefjøset" - a unit for children between ages 1-3 years
2. floor: "Storstua" - a unit for the older children between ages 3-6 years

1. floor: "Grisebingen" – a unit for the young children between ages 1-3 years
2. floor: "Lilleloftet" – a unit for children between ages 2-3 years
2. floor: "Storeloftet" – a unit for the older children between ages 3-6 years

Our goals and values
We follow Sammen kindergartens’ common goals and values. In addition to these we have our own areas of focus and our yearly plan. As a Sammen kindergarten we also use the guiding-method Marte Meo in our work to secure high quality child-adult relations in order to support the children’s development.

As a Sammen kindergarten we wish to facilitate your life as a student. Among other things we offer an exam guarantee, free rental of our kindergarten space for events, and flexible opening times to facilitate our students’ study program schedules.
